This new facility is equipped with the latest appliances and technology. From the earliest stage, the product is transported in sealed containers. This isolation is complemented by the use of an in-vacuum and gravity feeding system, guaranteeing total safety and avoiding cross-contamination. This means that quality is maintained and a higher turnover is generated.

Granulation The granulation room is equipped with a bottom drive high shear mixer with an end point granulation system. The drying is ensured by a fluid bed dryer which can also be used for granulation and pelletizing. Both equipments have a CIP system. As all the other operations, also the milling is done in a close circuit system.	Capsule filling The capsule filling machine has a capacity of 40.000 capsules per hour. Capsules can be filled with powder, pellets or tablets. The equipment has a weight control system attached for IPC.
Tabletting Two tablet machines can generate a total output of 350.000 units per hour. Both machines have an automatic control system that can perform indirect weight control with force monitoring systems for main and precompression. One of the machines is able to produce tablets up to 25 mm diameter.	Coating The coating equipment is designed either for film and sugar processes. It has a fully automatic process control and CIP systems.
